They have equipment on every quarry, construction and forestry site in Australia and New Zealand.
Job Opportunity –
This role certainly has its challenges, and we are searching for a very select few that can not only pull this role off but also add value by just being employed with this leader. The task set out from day 1 is to secure, grow and develop major tier 1.2 contractor relationships throughout Sydney. The overall focus is built on a few key areas.
1 – Machine Numbers
2 – Market Share
3 – Reputation
Once building the key relationship you can determine the necessary requirements. You will sell through quality, build, cost, equipment upgrades and service from the Sydney operation. My client will also require you to sell through demonstration of new equipment this can be at one of the branches or conduct dig days. With the market already in huge shake up due to the new influence of Chinese branded equipment. The Sydney market has seen major changes in the last 5 years. Your role is to build and develop long term partnerships but also look to sell fleets of machinery with these clients.
You will have a full suite of products ranging from 1 tonne to 78 tonne. You will also have used equipment in the mix as well.
Candidate Requirements -
Your outstanding track record in sales distinguishes you from your peers. Your ability to close new business opportunities, while also maintaining an existing client base is the key to your success. Your exceptional interpersonal, negotiation and relationship building skills are underpinned by your keen business sense and commercial acumen. You are driven to succeed and are renowned for your strategic business thinking, technical expertise and solution-focussed approach, encompassed by your ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
You must have the necessary key requirements for this position as you be required to hit the ground running and cover of the initial points of the role i.e. ( SALES). Even though this comes second nature to you your understanding of the NSW Civil and Quarry market will allow you to deliver a structured forecast of where you're going to maximise growth through your solution approach to the market.
Candidate Requirements

8 + years in Selling Large Earthmoving equipment or related machinery

Proven relationships with the Civil contractor Market.

You be achieving a minimum 10m Sales territory
-
Willingness to travel throughout NSW & ACT.

Passion for the Earthmoving Equipment market.

Sound Job stability with either a dealer or OEM.
Salary Package –

Base Salary - $120,000

Superannuation - 11.5%
