**Job Description**:
Our Prestons Retail Fulfillment Centre is seeking a strategically minded and customer focused Supply Chain Technical Analyst to oversee systems accuracy and customer satisfaction across our state of the art automated facility. This role will have a critical role in maintaining customer relationships, and seek to provide solutions for customer data integration, packing and dispatch, order fulfillment and other continuous improvement services.

As the Supply Chain Technical Analyst, you will:

- Analyse technical data to provide business insights.
- Conduct system troubleshooting, unit, system integration and regression testing.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing and validate Pre-Production Testing
- Ensure customer needs are effectively translated into the system configuration, operating rules and reporting tools.
- Identifying system performance trends, unplanned faults and/or performance or functional deviations and planning, initiating and coordinating appropriate response and recovery actions (short term) and continuous improvement initiatives (medium term).

- CI, Process optimisation and project management skills.
