**Job Description**:
Our Prestons RFC is seeking a strategically minded and customer focused Inventory Manager to oversee inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction across our state of the art automated facility. This role will have a critical role in maintaining customer relationships, and seek to provide solutions for projects, storage, and other value added services.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, this position will coach, mentor and motivate an inventory team, leading by example and providing positive re-enforcement and guidance. Take on this new opportunity in a not-so-average warehouse, and gain exposure to automation systems and senior customer meetings.

As the Inventory Manager, you will:

- Provide effective communications by reporting our internal and external customers
- Maintain accurate levels of inventory within the WMS and physical inventory within the warehouse
- Create a customer centric approach to managing and resolving customer issues, problems and complaints, liaising with internal key stake holders on achieving the resolution.
- Support the Manager on tasks, including, DIFOT, investigating and processing customer claims/stock returns and escalation of issues
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in SKU data, generate reports on SKU movement and forecasting

**Qualifications**:
***To be successful in this role, you will need:

- 3+ years experience in inventory management
- Proven experience in SKU management or a similar role, particularly with high SKU volume
- Proven experience in data analysis and report development
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in contemporary forecasting techniques
- Intermediate MS Office skills and other office-based technologies.
- Extensive knowledge of ERP Systems and Warehouse Management Systems, with experience in automation systems highly regarded
- Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills.
