Role Description

OnCall Projects
is seeking a confident, motivated
Commission-Only B2B Partnerships Manager
to help us build long-term relationships with residential builders across Victoria.

We specialise in
project management services FOR builders
— not retail customers. Builders quote the job, and we manage it. It's that simple.

A single builder can give us
repeat work for years
, making this one of the highest-leverage commission roles in the industry.

Your Role

You will:

• Source and Call Melbourne based residential builders and renovation companies (initial target list will be supplied)
• Introduce OnCall as their outsourced project management partner
• Explain how our system reduces their stress, admin, and overhead
• Book onboarding meetings for our Project Manager(s)
• Maintain strong relationships with active accounts
• Encourage repeat use of our PM services

You are
not
doing:

• any quoting
• any site work
• any paperwork
• any technical construction work

Your entire role is:

Talk to builders → Build trust → Secure the partnership → Earn commissions.
