We're seeking a proactive and solutions-focused Junior Assistant to support leadership across construction operations, logistics, and new business ventures. This role is fast-paced, hands-on, and ideal for someone detail oriented, organised, and resilient, with the interpersonal skills to quickly build rapport with management and clients.

About the role

This is a development opportunity. You'll begin by providing direct support in scheduling, documentation, and coordination tasks while learning the systems and processes that drive the business. With training and proven performance, you'll take on greater responsibilities in operations and project support, building a career pathway towards senior operational duties.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day scheduling and coordination
  • Prepare professional documents, reports, and meeting materials
  • Track project actions and follow up with team members
  • Support communication between leadership, staff, and clients
  • Learn and adapt quickly in a high-paced environment
  • Progress into broader operational responsibilities with guidance and training

About you

  • At least 1 year of experience in administration, customer service, or assistant roles
  • Detail oriented and highly organised with strong follow-through
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships quickly
  • Ability to prioritise and filter key information effectively
  • Resilient and confident in a high-demand environment
  • Professional communication skills, written and verbal
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable taking initiative
  • Ambitious and motivated by long-term career progression
