Junior Technician's Assistant – Sliding Doors & Windows

Location: Sydney

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000 Per Year + Super

Start Date: Immediate start available

About Us:

Slide Right is a leading specialist in sliding door and window repairs, flyscreens, security screens, and installations across residential homes. We're a friendly, professional team looking for a motivated and reliable Junior Technician's Assistant to join us on the tools.

About the Role:

You'll assist our experienced technicians on-site with repairs, servicing and installs. This is a hands-on role, and no two days are the same. You'll be helping with:

  • Carrying, loading and unloading doors, screens and gear
  • Assisting with installation and removal of sliding doors, flyscreens, and locks
  • Handling basic tools and materials
  • Cleaning up and ensuring job sites are tidy
  • Taking direction and learning on the job

What We're Looking For:

Australian driver's license – Will meet at technicians house in the mornings and will sit passenger in van

Physically fit and able to lift heavy items like sliding doors

Reliable and punctual – we need someone who shows up and communicates well

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Basic tool experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person
