About The Opportunity
Joining the team on an initial
6-month Fixed Term Contract,
this role plays a key part in powering smooth and efficient e-commerce operations. It manages live reporting tools and the Wynshop platform, ensuring stores are set up and maintained seamlessly. The role collaborates with the Metcash Retail Technology team to coordinate store builds and retailer activations, supports product data accuracy, and troubleshoots Point of Sale issues. It also provides hands-on support during order processing and fulfillment, especially during hyper care periods, and ensures reliable integration with third-party delivery providers to maintain a high standard of service.

In this Role

• Manage Administration of Live reporting to teams files
• Manage Administration of stores within the e-commerce platform (Wynshop)
• Liaise with Metcash Retail Technology team on upcoming store builds & retailer activation timings
• E-Commerce Platform Administration and maintenance
• Assist with product maintenance within the Product Information Management application
• Assist with trouble shooting Point of Sale issues as they arise
• Assist with hyper care of retailer order processing & fulfillment
• Assist with and monitor order fulfilment via integration services with third party delivery providers

You're Likely a Match If

• Sound ability with MS Office suite of applications including excel, word, power point, access
• Some liquor product knowledge would be preferred
• Technical Knowledge
• Excellent MS Excel knowledge
• High level understanding of e-commerce
• Be able to work within a small team and across multiple teams.
• Possess excellent written skills and a professional but friendly phone manner.
