If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you at IBA **In this Role** - Administer and manage live reporting to team files, ensuring accurate and timely data. - Oversee the administration of stores within our eCommerce platform (Wynshop), ensuring smooth operation and optimal performance. - Conduct regular administration and maintenance of the eCommerce platform, and address Point of Sale issues as they arise. - Provide hyper care support for retailer order processing and fulfillment and monitor order fulfillment via third-party delivery providers. - Collaborate with the Metcash Retail Technology team on upcoming store builds and retailer activation timings. **You’re Likely a Match If** You have** - A solid background in processing administration tasks and meeting targets. - In-depth knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access. - A clear and friendly phone manner, and precise, personable written communication skills. - Ability to work effectively within a small team and across multiple teams. - Capability to work independently and as a self-starter. - Proficient in MS Office suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access. - Some knowledge of liquor products is preferred but not essential. **Life at Metcash** Experience a supportive and flexible work environment.
