We can’t wait to see where we go next and we hope you can join us along the way. **Your role with us.** As our Retail Casual, your role will include working at our Pop Up Store in Macquarie Centre to: - Connect customers to our Hugh and Hyde brand and values - Selling a high quality product and knowing their features and benefits - Achieving sales and creating a lasting impressions through premium customer service, visuals and brand inspiration - Working proactively and passionately in a team to meet sales targets and KPI's - Monogram (personalise) a range of leather accessories using our monogramming machines - Merchandising products and maintaining an aesthetic environment - Replenishing stock according to company standard - Handle and process card and cash sales using a simple Point of Sale (POS) System - Record and communicate brief daily sales reports - Receive product orders with attention to detail - Owning your own creative journey by being proactive, passionate and offering innovative ways to grow the potential of our Hugh and Hyde brand - Plan, create and upload social media content on Instagram that is relevant and engaging **It is recommended you have**: - a genuine passion for growing a small business from top to bottom. - flexible and available shift hours from Monday - Sunday. - exceptional communication and customer service skills. - confidence and a strong work ethic in the retail setting. - a love for fashion and personalised style. - an eye for mínimalist and aesthetic detail. - a positive and enthusiastic attitude to learn new skills, especially outside of the comfort zone - confidence to show up and be transparent on our social media platforms. - a drive for meeting deadlines and metrics. - experience with Instagram content creation (preferred, but not essential) and strong skills in content creation using Instagram is highly preferred. - a commitment to adult education AND/OR has retail experience (although not required) **What is in it for you?** - You gain a rare opportunity to experience working within a women-owned E-Commerce brand in Sydney. - You work in a tight-knit team of supportive, creative, fashionable and young individuals who have a collaborative approach. - You will up-skill in the rare craft of leather monogramming. - You get flexible workplace hours - we will work around your schedule. - You arrive at work with your style and fashion in check. - You can work from your phone and create content on Tik-Tok and Instagram, then call it "work". - you gain valuable insight in what it takes to run a small business in Sydney - eg.
