About the role
Join the customer service team at Everhard Industries Pty Ltd as a Customer Service Coordinator in our Geebung, Queensland office. In this part-time 30 hours per week role, you will play an important part in ensuring our customers and internal stakeholders have a positive and seamless experience. Collaborating with key functions such as the sales, marketing, logistics, finance and accounts and product teams, this position provides an opportunity to make a significant impact on our customers' and stakeholders' satisfaction and loyalty
What you'll be doing
Customer Support
- Provide exceptional customer support across phone, email, and other channels in a timely manner, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanour
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Process returns and warranty claims, and complete outbound customer care calls to strengthen relationships.
- Completing outbound 'Customer Care' calls to existing customers to enhance and grow customer relationship
Product Knowledge
- Develop and maintain deep knowledge of products, services, updates, and industry trends.
- Educate customers on product usage, features, and best practices.
Issue Resolution
- Identify and resolve customer concerns, issues, or complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Strive to exceed customer expectations in issue resolution and follow-up.
Customer Feedback
- Actively seek and collect customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and share customer insights and suggestions with relevant teams to enhance our products and services
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.
Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and assist in creating knowledge base articles and FAQs for customer self-service.
What you'll bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience with customer support, call centre of a related filed is desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems
- Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
