Your opportunity

Full-Time - North Sydney / CBD Location (Managing 5-6 sites)

As our Asset Manager - Seniors Communities, you will maximise the performance and long-term value of Anglicare's property assets. You'll develop and implement strategic asset management plans, oversee minor capital projects, and provide technical guidance to ensure our facilities meet quality, compliance and safety standards.

With integrity and resilience, you will:

  • Develop and manage a three-year Asset Management Plan

  • Review and assess preventative maintenance schedules to ensure their effectiveness and suitability

  • Develop and lead the planned maintenance program for the village

  • Provide technical advice to village and maintenance teams

  • Manage minor capital projects within budget and scope

  • Liaise with village staff, executives and key stakeholders to support continuous improvement

What you'll bring

You are a strategic, hands-on professional who combines technical expertise with a genuine commitment to improving the environments where older Australians live. You share our organisational values of Integrity, Justice, Compassion and Excellence, embedding them in everything you do.

You will also need:

  • Trade qualifications and/or a Facilities Management Diploma

  • 8-10 years' experience in facilities management and/or construction

  • Proven experience in asset management and capital project delivery

  • Understanding of building compliance and safety regulations

  • Proficiency in asset and project management systems

  • Valid NSW Driver's Licence

Ideally, you will also have:

  • Experience developing and executing strategic asset management plans

  • Strong communication, financial and analytical skills

  • The ability to build trusted relationships across a wide range of stakeholders
