Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Asset Manager. The candiate will be responsible for managing and overseeing client assets, developing and implementing asset management strategies, and ensuring optimal property performance. Day-to-day tasks include conducting regular property inspections, coordinating maintenance and repairs, liaising with tenants and property owners, managing budgets and financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
