Real Estate Fund Manager, managing institutional capital investment into office, retail and industrial/logistics property. Global company.
**The Opportunity**
The focus of the asset manager, will be on delivery of value enhancement initiatives, which will centre around asset strategy, targeted income and capital growth through valuation, development & leasing.
Key responsibilities will include;
- Preparing of annual strategic asset plans (income & expenditure)
- tenant management, annual budgeting, monthly reporting and reconciliations and responsibility for arrears management
- Financial modelling and sensitivity analysis
- Leasing & marketing strategies, driving leasing outcomes
- Appointing external valuers
- Assist with financial modelling, lease analysis & valuations
- Provide research, analysis and market overviews to various commercial markets
- Assist in divestment/acquisitions
You will work closely with a property team of 25 and be supported by internal property management. Reporting through to head of asset management and senior management/investment committees. There will be the occasional inter-state travel involved.
The role will suit a go getter, with an outcome driven personality, who has the ability to negotiate a deal.
You will ideally degree qualified in property, proficient in your modelling ability, and have strong knowledge of the commercial property market. You will ideally have worked with institutional clients such as Dexus, Goodman, Mirvac etc.
Most importantly is a someone who thrives on being accountable and wishes to move their career forward in a positive working environment and a company with continued growth trajectory.
