We are thrilled to invite passionate and qualified educators to join our Next Steps Kindy team for 2026. To support the growth of an additional class, we are seeking dedicated staff to join our team in the following roles:

  • Early Childhood Teacher (Full Time)
  • Assistant Educators & Inclusion Support Educators (Part Time/Full Time opportunities)

We are looking for a qualified, passionate educators who meet these requirements:

Early Childhood Teacher

  • Registration with the Queensland College of Teachers (QCT)

Assistant Educators & Inclusion Support

  • Certificate III or Diploma Qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care, or Children's Services

All (Teachers, Assistant & Inclusion Support)

  • Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualification or ACECQA assessed equivalent qualification
  • Knowledge and experience in Early Years Learning Framework, Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines (2024 version) and National Quality Framework & Assessment process
  • Demonstrated passion working with children and evidence of being an effective teacher in an early childhood setting
  • Understanding of Education and Care Services National Regulations
  • Senior first aid and resuscitation, approved Asthma and Anaphylaxis training certificate
  • Genuine Christian commitment and the desire to teach from a Christian worldview
