Service: St Cecilia's Long Day Care and Kindergarten
Long Day Care Time: 7 am – 6 pm
Kindergarten Time: 8.30 am – 2.45 pm
Qualification Required:Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
Hourly Rate:** $ $46.18 Base Rate + Superannuation + Allowances

At St Cecilia we provide care for children from six weeks old up to kindergarten, a maximum of 49 children.
About the Service:
- 49-place centre located in the heritage-listed St Cecilia Precinct
- Warm, home-like atmosphere featuring high ceilings, French doors, and timber floors

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations, including staffing, admin, and finances
- Provide effective leadership and team support
- Oversee delivery of a high-quality, inclusive program
- Ensure a safe, nurturing environment for children
- Work collaboratively to support children and families
- Promote the service in line with Catholic Early EdCare values
- Flexibility to manage hours between contact time and out-of-ratio tasks as required
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis
- A strong understanding of Child Care legislation including the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards, and Early Years Learning Framework & the QLD Kindergarten Learning Guidelines
- Effective computer skills including experience with childcare management software (Xplor preferred)
- Proven leadership and mentorship capabilities, including team development skills.
