Location: Amaze Early Education – Silkstone, Ipswich QLD

Employment Type: Full-Time | Kindergarten Program (Funded)

At Amaze Early Education Silkstone, we believe every child deserves the best start in life. We're looking for a dedicated Second Early Childhood Teacher to bring curiosity, creativity, and compassion into our Kindergarten program, while meeting all regulatory and funding requirements.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside another qualified ECT in delivering high-quality education and care for children in the year before school. You'll be supported by an experienced leadership team, a collaborative workplace culture, and ongoing professional development.


What You'll Do
  • Deliver an engaging, inclusive Kindergarten program aligned with the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline (QKLG), EYLF, and NQS.
  • Foster a safe, welcoming environment where children feel valued, supported, and inspired to learn.
  • Partner with families to understand and extend each child's learning journey.
  • Collaborate closely with your co-ECT and our broader teaching team.
  • Participate in nature-based learning experiences such as Bush Kindy and Nature Play.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
  • Current Blue Card and First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and QKLG.
  • Strong skills in planning, programming, and documentation.
  • A commitment to child safety, wellbeing, and inclusive practice.
