The Role:

As a Customer Service Operator, you will be responsible for.

  • Answering incoming Service Calls, Emails, And Tickets.

  • Creating Service Jobs.

  • Creating Quotes and following up on Open Quotes.

  • Discussing open tickets with Scheduling Technicians.

  • Communication with customers about outstanding service tickets.

This role best suits someone currently in Customer Service or a similar role with at least 1 to 2 years experience.

The role will entail:

  • Professional interaction with customers. Excellent phone and written communication are a must.

  • Ensure KPIs are met with relation to answering calls and raising tickets.

About You

  • Be someone with a sense of urgency and the ability to prioritise critical issues.

  • Be someone who can Interact with Customers and deal with requests as they arise in a timely, constructive, and positive manner.

  • Be articulate in your communication, both written and spoken.

  • Solid time management skills

  • Strong Computer Skills.
