We are seeking a highly organised and talented Service Coordinator to join the Victorian Service team at our office in Mulgrave. The primary purpose of this position is to help our customers feed their customers by coordinating service repairs, maintenance and installation jobs. Our customers are restaurants, hotels, hospitals, cafes and other institutions which rely on our equipment to prepare their food.

You will be very busy in this diverse and varied role. Your day will be spent contacting our customers directly, allocating the technicians service jobs in an efficient and timely manner and completing various administration tasks. You will need to have strong customer service skills and enjoy the challenge of dealing with lots of people and making sure all work is followed through.

To be successful, you will have:

- Previous experience in a role that had a focus on being organised (but also flexible) while providing a high level of customer service
- Outstanding organisational and prioritisation skills
- Clear, concise and professional communication
- Be self motivated to get the job done
- Ability to juggle numerous jobs, tasks, technicians and customers
- Accuracy and sound attention to detail
- Reliability, resilience and empathy
- Sound computer skills (intermediate excel) & ideally SAP experience

Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage, but not essential.
