KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Diverse Customer Interaction: Engage with customers across various departments, dealing primarily with dealers in the food service sector including for chemicals and spare parts.

National Reach: Handle orders for a variety of customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with our sales team, participating in calls for inventory stock levels and liaising with customers to manage orders effectively.

Order Management: Navigate through order processing via email and SAP, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and consistent communication with customers.

Problem-Solving: Bring your problem-solving skills into play as not everything is black and white, so adaptability and initiative are key.
YOUR ROLE:
We're seeking an experienced and customer-centric individual to become a valuable member of our friendly and professional team at our Mulgrave head office. As a Customer Service Officer, you will collaborate with the sales team, engaging with customers on sales orders, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Product Knowledge: While not mandatory, a background in hospitality and familiarity with equipment will be advantageous. We provide comprehensive product training with our product managers and sales representatives.
