Customer Bookings Agent
.

You'll be the first point of contact for customers — helping them book services, answering questions, and keeping everything on track behind the scenes. If you've worked in admin or customer service and want a role with stability, support, and a great team — this one's for you.

What you'll do:

  • Answer customer calls and emails about bookings
  • Call customers to confirm appointments and check in
  • Keep booking details, orders and invoices up to date
  • Speak with dealers and service teams to coordinate jobs
  • Help track stock and organise deliveries
  • Keep systems updated with accurate information
  • Support the team with general admin and safety checks

What you'll need:

  • 1–2 years' experience in fast-paced administration or customer service roles
  • Friendly, clear communication – written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and a helpful attitude
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative and be reliable
