About the Role
We are looking for a talented Corporate Affairs Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping how Epic Energy engages with the world.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves building relationships and navigating the complex world of corporate and regulatory affairs. You will help us strengthen our reputation, manage key stakeholder relationships, and ensure our voice is heard on the big issues shaping Australia's energy future.
You will work closely with our executive team and leaders across the business to create clear, consistent and engaging communication that supports our growth and reinforces our position as a trusted energy infrastructure company.
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who is curious, strategic, and confident engaging with a wide range of audiences, including media, government, and industry partners. You are comfortable moving between strategy and delivery, whether shaping a communications plan, drafting key messages, or managing sensitive media issues.
You will bring:
- A degree in Communications, PR, Public Policy or a related field, with postgraduate qualifications highly regarded
- 10+ years' experience in corporate affairs, communications or stakeholder engagement
- Proven experience managing stakeholder relationships, media engagement and crisis communications
- Excellent storytelling, writing and content creation skills across different platforms
- Experience in the energy industry (gas or electricity) or similar regulated environment
- Strong understanding of Australia's energy market and the transition to renewables
- A proactive, collaborative and hands-on approach
