To support our continued growth, our Brisbane branch, located in Richlands is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and highly motivated Customer Service - Internal Salespersonto join our team, whether experienced in industrial and construction distribution or not, we require a person who has a passion for selling and providing sales support, who is open, consistent, diligent and upbeat, to deliver sales revenue, new customers and profitability.

The successful candidate will enjoy a varied role which will include the following duties:

  • Servicing incoming and outgoing inquiries from customers and prospects over phone or email sales and trade counter
  • Providing external sales executives support relating to leads, quotes and orders
  • Build and develop customer relationships through strong customer service and a willingness to always exceed expectations
  • Provide product support with ability to solve basic issues faced by customers and advising customers on product solutions
  • Identifying opportunities and produce leads for the sales force
  • Keep up to date with the latest product developments
  • Contribute to the continual improvement culture of the company

  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Fastener and associated product industry experience would be highly valued, but not essential
