MeasureUp is Australia's pioneer & leader in biometric testing used to improve performance and longevity. Using gold-standard DEXA and metabolic testing (RMR and VO2max), we help clients, athletes, and corporate partners understand their bodies, optimise performance, and improve longevity outcomes. With fixed sites in Sydney and Brisbane and expansion planned, this role will play a key part in driving national growth.
Role Overview
The Sales & Relationship Manager will be responsible for business development and client relationship management across MeasureUp's fixed sites in Sydney and Brisbane, and assist with future site launches. This role blends direct sales, account management, and strategic partnership building across B2B and B2C markets in the health, fitness, and corporate wellness sectors. This role will involve travel.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business and achieve revenue targets through outreach, networking, and referrals
• Build and maintain relationships with gyms, allied health clinics, corporate clients, and wellness/longevity program partners
• Represent MeasureUp through client presentations, events, and partnership activation's
• Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to deliver seamless client experiences
• Analyse sales performance, identify opportunities, and provide regular reporting and insights
• Contribute to MeasureUp's market expansion, assisting with the future clinic launches and national growth plans
Skills & Attributes
• Proven sales and relationship management experience in health, wellness, or performance services
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate scientific services into client value
• Confident networker, capable of developing partnerships and maintaining long-term relationships
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, growth-oriented business
• A degree in exercise science or allied health is preferred as it sets you up as a key opinion leader in the field
