About the Role:

We're looking for a motivated and hands-on Construction Coordinator to support the smooth delivery of construction projects across multiple sites. This role is ideal for someone looking to transition off the tools and grow into a future managerial position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the delivery of materials and equipment to site teams
  • Support stocking and organisation of the construction factory
  • Coordinate and manage on-site and factory deliveries
  • Conduct inventory reviews and condition assessments
  • Aid in project documentation and reporting
  • Participate in site inspections, defects & client handovers
  • Facilitate communication flow between builders, employees and management

Requirements:

  • Current and valid car driver's licence
  • Solid understanding of construction processes
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
