Blake Oliver - Property & Construction has partnered with a long-standing, privately owned developer–builder with projects across Melbourne's inner city and growth corridors. They deliver a mix of medium-density townhomes, bespoke new builds, and mixed-use developments, known for their quality work, collaborative culture, and people-first approach.

About the Role

You'll lead a small team and manage the full House & Land sales process – from initial enquiry through to contract registration. The focus is on relationships, process improvement, and delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a small team (Contracts Administrator + Sales Coordinator)
  • Oversee sales from EOI through to contract registration
  • Liaise with sales partners and referral networks
  • Review contracts, pricing, and documentation for accuracy
  • Improve systems, templates, and workflows
  • Work closely with estimating, drafting, and marketing teams
  • Run weekly updates with sales partners on pricing and packages

About You

  • Experience in Sales Coordination or Contracts within a builder or developer
  • Previous leadership or mentoring experience
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Proactive, organised, and confident in managing relationships
  • Full Australian working rights
