Multiple award-winning residential & commercial construction company based in Melbourne's inner Northern Suburbs is looking for a Site Foreman to join our growing team.

This full-time position is for a suitably qualified Foreman with experience. Our client base is varied, and this role will require a switched on, reliable team player, who can coordinate our projects through all stages of onsite construction works.

As our Site Forman, you will be required to:

  • Organize and oversee day-to-day running of a building site.
  • Arrange, coordinate and direct trades.
  • Run the site program.
  • Maintain a tidy site and ensure safety & compliance is adhered to
  • QA Management

The successful candidate will be a go-getter with:

  • Further training & qualifications (looked upon favorably)
  • A vision for high-quality outcomes
  • Great organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and liaising with other team members, contractors, and clients in a professional and respectful way.
