Your new role:

As the Senior Psychologist within the Gastroenterology and Hepatology Integrated Care Clinics, you'll provide advanced psychological assessment, intervention, and consultation as part of a collaborative interprofessional team. You'll play a key role in developing service quality and supporting the next generation of practitioners. In this role, you will:

  • Deliver evidence-based clinical psychology services to patients in an integrated care setting.
  • Collaborate with medical, nursing, and allied health professionals to achieve best patient outcomes.
  • Provide supervision, guidance and support to less experienced clinicians and students.
  • Initiate and evaluate quality improvement and research projects to enhance service delivery.

The Princess Alexandra Hospital (PAH) is a tertiary health care centre providing care in most major adult specialties. We provide world class health care to Brisbane City's southern suburbs across emergency, medical, mental health and surgical services, including liver and kidney transplant.

We are nationally recognised for our expertise in trauma management and organ transplants and are one of Australia's leading academic and research health centres.
