Eurostar Diesels is Melbourne's largest independent Mercedes-Benz diesel specialist—vans, SUVs, cars, and ambulances. We're family-owned with two modern workshops in Hallam and Sunshine West, and a team that takes pride in high-level diagnostics, quality workmanship, and personalised customer service.

Who You Are

We're searching for someone who:

  • Is genuinely passionate about cars and how they work.
  • Has a solid understanding of automotive repair processes and parts.
  • Communicates like a pro — speaking with confidence and writing with precision.
  • Is a whiz at computers, automotive software, and online research.
  • Has a sharp eye for detail and loves ticking every box in a well-organised process.

What You'll Be Doing

Your day-to-day will depend on the role, but all positions share the same focus:

  • Delivering friendly, personalised customer service — whether at the counter, on the phone, or via text/email.
  • Building trusted relationships with customers - from local Mercedes owners to national fleet managers.
  • Preparing detailed inspection reports, accurate quotes, and clear invoices.
  • Using Mercedes-Benz diagnostic tools, parts catalogues, and technical databases to ensure the highest repair standards.
  • Working as part of a team to keep the workshop running smoothly and efficiently.
