As a Customer Service Consultant at Zagame Automotive Group, you'll have the opportunity to take your passion for cars to the next level, working with a world-class team of professionals who are dedicated to providing the ultimate automotive experience to our customers.

Our Business Development Centre is housed within our state of the art Audi Centre Melbourne showroom, with new office space. We offer flexible work hours and access to the gym and wellness centre.

ABOUT YOU

  • Demonstrated experience in a call centre and/or customer service role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to work within a team environment and build rapport quickly, both with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in the Automotive Industry is highly regarded.
  • Relevant experience using telephony and CRM systems beneficial.
