About the role

You will provide exceptional customer service to Cbus and Media Super members at our Service Counter.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving member queries first time, whether face to face, by phone or email
  • Providing General Advice
  • Assisting members with correct completion of documentation to ensure a smooth experience
  • Maintaining accurate records for compliance purposes and to assist with future interactions
  • Liaising with teams across the business to ensure effective resolution of member queries

Your Experience and Qualifications

To be successful you will need:

  • Exceptional communication skills and a strong level of customer focus
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem solving skills and the ability to effectively resolve escalations
  • Experience in the superannuation industry and RG146 certification would be an advantage

This is a full-time position, based in our offices in Melbourne CBD. Due to the nature of the role you will be in the office full time, 9 a.m. - 5p.m. Monday to Friday.
