Your new role
As a
Consultant - Operational Consulting
, you will work closely with the Operational Consulting team and wider research teams to deliver high-quality advice to JANA's institutional investor clients. The focus of this role is operational due diligence, with some support to custody, and governance, working with both clients and internal teams.

Candidates can be based in either Melbourne or Sydney.
Some Of Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Conducting operational due diligence on investment managers, producing clear and concise reports.
• Reviewing operational performance and making recommendations to clients.
• Contributing to JANA's operational strategy and thought leadership, including business development support.
• Providing advisory services and ongoing monitoring of managers.
• Building strong client and internal relationships through exceptional service delivery.

About You

• Relevant experience in operational or related business lines (operational due diligence highly regarded).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks and operational inefficiencies.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Intellectual curiosity and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• A relevant tertiary qualification (post-graduate studies desirable).

You will be client-focused, detail-oriented, and motivated to exceed expectations while working both independently and as part of a team.
