About The Role
As the Executive Assistant to the head of the Kleenheat business (the Head of Natural Gas and Electricity) you'll provide vital support to a senior executive of a modern, digital first WA business and iconic household brand name. This is a unique opportunity to step into a central role within a fast-paced, customer-focused business, where your organisational skills and initiative will directly contribute to the team's success. You'll be the trusted go-to person for the Head of Natural Gas and Electricity, while also gaining valuable exposure to senior leaders across Wesfarmers Chemicals, Energy and Fertilisers.
Typical responsibilities include
- Managing busy diaries and scheduling priorities.
- Coordinating travel, itineraries, and accommodation.
- Organising team events and celebrations (such as all-staff townhalls and offsites).
- Administering expenses including purchase orders and credit card reconciliations.
- Providing limited executive support across the Kleenheat leadership team.
- Handling other EA duties to keep things running smoothly.

About You
We're looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and thrives in a role that makes a real difference every day.
To be successful in this role, you will have
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role, ideally within a fast-paced, complex business supporting a busy executive.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality outcomes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
- The curiosity to explore how AI can evolve the role of an EA
- A proactive and resourceful approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems.
- A positive, energetic attitude and the flexibility to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment.

The Kleenheat business is a part of the broader Wesfarmers Chemicals, Energy and Fertilisers division which operates across multiple locations, with our two major hubs being in Kwinana and Murdoch. We're excited to share that Kleenheat, which is based in our Murdoch office, will be relocating to a new office with a brand new fit-out at 11 Mounts Bay Road, Perth in late 2025.
