**About the role**

The Portfolio and Program Manager (ICT) is a pivotal position that will manage stakeholder

expectations and relationships through management of the Program and representation of the

Service on various Boards, Advisory groups and Executive meetings as required, internal and

external. The role will grow the capability of project governance and delivery at Serco - across

people, process and tooling.

**About you**

As the Portfolio and Program Manager you will have at least 10+ years’ experience managing large ICT programs of work including the management of multimillion-dollar project budgets. You will have proven leadership experience managing delivery teams as well as the ability to build and manage key stakeholder relationships. You will have experience working in a health environment with a desire to work within a team focused on patient centred care. You are a respectful and professional individual who demonstrates exceptional values in everything you do.

**_ To be successful in this role you will have:_**
- Proven experience in ICT projects, preferably in a tertiary health environment and

across different methodologies, including Agile
- Project Management Institute (PMI) and/or PRINCE2 certification (essential)
- Management of Successful Programs (MSP) (essential)
- Relevant ICT qualification (preferred - not essential)
- Proven experience in Portfolio and Program Management including managing multiple

sub-programs and sub-contracts in a multi-sourced environment.
- Proven experience in vendor management for the delivery of large projects.
- Proven experience in leading multi-disciplinary stakeholders
- Proven experience in delivering to fixed timelines and requirements
- Experience in coaching and motivating cooperation between delivery team
