Full Time Chef Required

One full-time Chef is required to operate and join our kitchen team at Praise Management Pty Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Checking freshness of food and ingredients.

  • Supervising and coordinating activities of cooks and other food preparation workers.

  • Developing recipes and determining how to present the food

  • Planning menus and ensuring uniform serving sizes and quality of meals.

  • Inspecting supplies, equipment, and work areas for cleanliness and functionality.

  • Hiring, training, and supervising cooks and other food preparation workers.

  • Ordering and maintaining inventory of food and supplies.

  • Monitoring sanitation practices and following kitchen safety standards.

  • Determining how food should be presented and creating decorative food displays.

  • Demonstrating new cooking techniques and equipment to staff.

An ideal candidate must be:

· Professionally qualified.

· Passionate about creating amazing food.

· Driven and Hard Working.

· Able to work as part of a team and to handle strict deadlines.

· Knowledgeable of food safety and hygiene practices.

· Self-motivated, looking to grow their career.

Experience Required: At least 1 year of experience in a similar position is must.
