About the Role

You'll be speaking with customers who have already enquired about our energy upgrade services — no chasing uninterested leads. This is not an entry-level role — you will need to manage a pipeline, guide customers through their decision-making, and confidently close deals.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to warm leads who have already expressed interest
  • Handle inbound phone calls and online enquiries
  • Qualify customer needs and check rebate eligibility
  • Present product options and explain government incentives
  • Manage the entire sales process from enquiry to close
  • Achieve weekly KPIs and sales targets
  • Keep all customer interactions and tasks updated in our CRM

You'll bring:

  • Proven sales ability — ideally phone-based
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to handle objections
  • Self-motivation and resilience in a target-driven environment
  • High levels of organisation and strong follow-up discipline
  • A track record of integrity, accountability, and ownership in your work
  • Experience in sales or customer-facing roles (required)
  • Knowledge of energy products or rebates (advantage but not essential)
