We're on the hunt for an
ambitious Technical Sales Specialist
with waterproofing know-how to help us expand in NSW and take our growth to the next level.

The Role

·      Introduce Fatra's waterproofing systems to new and existing clients, driving account growth across NSW.

·      Collaborate with the Specifications Team.

·      Assist in preparing project-specific detailing and provide on-site technical support to resolve installation challenges.

·      Work closely with builders and contractors to ensure compliance with Australian Standards.

·      Manage and expand client accounts while growing the customer database.

·      Educate clients on correct system applications and best practices in waterproofing.

·      Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

·      Participate in regular sales and strategy meetings to support business growth.

·      Identify and generate new project opportunities and client leads.

Skills and Experience Needed

·      Proven sales experience, ideally within the waterproofing industry (construction industry experience also highly regarded).

·      Strong technical knowledge of waterproofing systems preferred, or demonstrated ability to upskill quickly in a technical field.

·      Ability to interpret and clearly communicate technical product information.

·      Self-motivated, with a strong drive to grow alongside the company.

·      Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.

·      Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage leads, log activities, and track opportunities.

·      Able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
