The Role:
This entry-level opportunity is perfect for someone with a curious mindset, great people skills, and a passion for solving problems. As the first point of contact for IT support, you'll help keep our systems running and our people connected. Think of yourself as the friendly face behind the screen—here to troubleshoot, assist, and make tech make sense.
What You'll Do:
- Be the go-to for first-level support—whether it's hardware hiccups, software issues, or network queries
- Help track and resolve service tickets using our IT support platform
- Guide users through everyday tech problems, both remotely and in person
- Keep our knowledge base up to date by documenting solutions and fixes
- Contribute to software updates, system backups, and routine maintenance
- Learn from experienced IT professionals and grow your knowledge with hands-on experience
- Stay ahead of the tech curve through ongoing training and development opportunities
About you:
What You Bring
- A keen interest in IT and problem-solving
- Great communication skills—you know how to explain tech in simple terms
- A team-first attitude and a genuine desire to help others
- Completed Year 12 (a qualification in IT or related field is a bonus)
- Any experience in customer service or technical support is helpful but not essential
- Certifications like CompTIA A+ or ITIL Foundation? Even better
