Growing MSP in Perth are looking for a Service Desk Engineer , to join their team. The role will require someone to fulfill the following requirements:

Key Responsibilities/Tasks

  • Triage – Answering phones, dealing with voice messages and ensuring tickets are categorized correctly
  • 1st / 2nd line quick fix IT support
  • Escalate work according to process
  • Update and create documentation for repeatable tasks/changes/new systems
  • New computer installations
  • Attend a daily stand up meeting
  • Complete daily recurring checks across clients
  • Enter detailed time sheets for all work throughout the day

Ideal candidate

  • Previous experience at an MSP
  • Windows , O365, Networking , Security
  • Driving license is not required
  • Permanent residence

  • Excellent written and verbal skills

  • A people person that loves engaging with others

  • Understanding of a service desk triage process
