About the Opportunity
A unique opportunity exists for a full-time Administration Manager to join our growing success and become a part of a vibrant working environment. This role is based on the Sunshine Coast at Nambour Plaza, where you will work within a close knit and dynamic Centre Management team. This role will allow you to showcase your excellent administration and organisational skills while having the opportunity to input across the shopping centre marketing and casual leasing. A diverse role where no two days will be the same
Key responsibilities will include;
- Administrative support to the Centre Manager
- Maintain strong working relationships with Tenants, Contractors and on-site staff
- Accounts payable and receivable, rent collection and arrears
- Ensuring all lease administration is processed in a timely manner
- Reconciliation of petty cash and marketing gift cards
- Undertake Reception and office management duties as required
- Ability to raise work orders/purchase orders and interpret budgets
- Maintain Key Registers and generate financial reports as required
- Collect and enter data to collate monthly sales reports, adhering to deadlines.
- Casual Leasing – source clients, manage bookings, payments of fees, site management and maintain equipment
- Help manage the Marketing of the Centre, social media, website & reconciliation of monthly budget and reporting.

- Demonstrated previous administrative experience within the real estate industry, favourably retail
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with a proactive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proven ability to adapt and learn quickly
- High attention to detail
- Strong retailer focus
- The ability to work independently and initiative to drive personal productivity
- Highly organised and professional presentation
- A proactive nature, be punctual and reliable – be able to think on their feet
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
- MRI experience an advantage but not essential
- Marketing and Social Media experience desirable
