The Role

We're looking for a Fleet Supervisor who will be responsible for driving performance, upholding compliance, and mitigating operational risks. The role requires a strong understanding of franchise operations, performance metrics, and Franchise legal frameworks. By leveraging data, identifying trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Fleet Supervisor ensures consistent service delivery, promotes operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate smooth onboarding of new Franchise Partners, ensuring all tools, resources, and information are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Act as the primary contact for Franchise Partner and Fleet escalations, addressing issues promptly and constructively.
  • Communicate key updates, changes, and initiatives clearly and consistently through toolbox meetings and direct engagement.
  • Monitor satisfaction and engagement to support retention strategies.
  • Lead offboarding processes when necessary, ensuring compliance with procedures and minimising business disruption.
  • Use performance data to guide strategic discussions, propose initiatives, and recommend actions to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
  • Evaluate run structures and propose modifications to local leadership and the National Franchise Support Team, supported by performance insights and operational needs.
  • Oversee on-time delivery performance and support Franchise Partners in meeting service standards.
  • Manage performance-related discussions in alignment with the Franchise Code of Conduct and contractual obligations.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols and promote a safety-first culture across all franchise operations.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the Franchise Agreement and ensure Franchise Partners operate within its terms.
  • Support vehicle compliance through regular maintenance checks and audits.
  • Oversee daily van audits and security protocols to reduce risk

  • Builds and maintains strong, trust-based relationships. Demonstrates empathy, consistency, and professionalism in all interactions to foster long-term engagement and collaboration.
  • Understands the key drivers of franchise business performance and applies commercial thinking to day-to-day operations.
  • Uses data, trends, and insights to diagnose performance issues, identify opportunities, and support strategic improvements.
  • Confidently navigates sensitive or challenging conversations with clarity and respect.
  • Maintains professionalism under pressure, addresses conflict constructively, and works toward positive, resolution-focused outcomes while upholding company standards.
  • Promotes a culture of safety and compliance, actively identifying and managing potential risks.
  • Balances short-term needs with long-term strategic goals, ensuring timely delivery of support and operational initiatives.
