We are currently seeking an experienced Night Shift Supervisor to join our South Australian operations based at our Dry Creek depot.

  • Night shift role – Sunday to Thursday (9:00pm to 6:00am) - Support both linehaul and local fleet operations - Work with an energetic and dedicated team - Excellent remuneration + super + full-time stability

About You:

  • Proven experience in a transport supervisor or leadership role, preferably on night shift.
  • Strong understanding of linehaul and local delivery operations.
  • Ability to lead a team under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fully autonomous
  • Sound knowledge of the South Australian road network.
  • Proficient in TMS systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about safety, service, and team performance.
  • Freight2020 or JAIX experience is highly regarded.
  • Refrigerated transport experience will be highly desirable.

About the Role:

  • This key position is responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of our SA transport fleet, providing leadership and direction across both linehaul and local activities.

Your duties will include:

  • Supervising and coordinating the outbound and inbound transport activities during night shift.
  • Ensuring all freight is dispatched accurately and efficiently.
  • Managing driver communication, dispatch compliance, and manifest accuracy.
  • Supporting linehaul connections, dock operations, and time-critical freight.
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure high customer service standards are maintained overnight.
  • Handling incident reporting, service delays, and shift handovers to day operations.
