Are you an experienced and organised leader with a passion for patient care and team support? We're seeking a Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy and friendly general practice.

In this role, you will manage administrative and clinical support teams, coordinate rostering, maintain compliance and accreditation standards, and ensure smooth and efficient practice operations. You'll work closely with doctors, nurses, and reception staff to foster a positive, patient-focused environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing daily practice operations and staff performance
  • Managing budgets, billing, and Medicare compliance
  • Coordinating accreditation, policies, and quality improvement
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training
  • Ensuring excellent patient service and confidentiality

About you:

  • Proven experience in medical or healthcare management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Practice Incentive Programs, and Best Practice or similar software
