Peninsula Family Medical Practice is a well-established, friendly, and patient-focused GP clinic located in Ocean Grove. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, compassionate healthcare in a supportive and collaborative environment.

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team.

Your Role:

As a key member of our clinical team, you will work alongside our GPs and administrative staff to provide exceptional nursing care and support to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Immunisations and vaccinations (childhood, flu, COVID, etc.)

Chronic disease management and care planning (Health Assessments).

Wound care and dressings.

ECGs, spirometry, and other clinical procedures.

Stock management.

Cervical Screening.

Patient triage and clinical support to GPs.

Infection control.

Health education and promotion.

Assisting with accreditation process.

About You:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.

Previous experience in general practice or primary health care (preferred).

Previous experience in cervical screening , iron infusions/cannulation (preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident with clinical software Best Practice

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
