As the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of our psychology practice to ensure quality care and exceptional service. The role will involve a dynamic mix of working with 9 clinical team members and clients both face to face and remotely, in addition to periods managing the office autonomously when clinical staff are working in the community.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Be the face of the office - as the first point of contact, you’ll greet clients, answer calls and handle correspondence with warmth and professionalism
- Manage office administration tasks including, filing, scanning, saving documents and managing the organisation shared google drive
- Organise regular team meetings and events to enhance the already strong collegiality and supportive working relationships at Diverge
- Manage financial obligations including accounts payable and receivable (Xero), payroll (Employment Hero), superannuation ATO obligations and FBT and EOFY requirements
- Maintaining client files, invoicing and calendar management in Halaxy
- Support staff with administration requests

**Essential skills and qualifications**
- Proven experience with Practice Management, preferably within a clinical setting (business or medical administration and/or bookkeeping qualifications would be considered favourably)
- Sound knowledge of TAC, Worksafe, NDIS billing / invoice systems
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Commitment to privacy and confidentiality

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
