We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager for this long standing general practice based in the Eastern Suburbs. The role is full time and starts now

The days are Mon-Fri with occasional Saturday’s.

Based on Reception, you will be required to over see the day to day running of the practice whilst managing day to day operations. All team members work closely together assisting each other when necessary.

To be successful you must have high attention to detail, be conscientious and be able to deliver a consistent high standard of work. You will be required to have a good understanding of appointment book management and staff management.

Duties included but not limited to are;
- Oversee general day to day running of the practice
- Train and mentor other staff
- Quality assurance
- Appointment book optimisation
- Coordinate and manage staff

You must have a high standard of written and verbal communication ideally with minimum Diploma qualification. We are seeking someone who wants to be challenged professionally, and looking to work within a great team of professionals
