About the role

Join our Security, Regulatory & Governance team as a Cyber Security Analyst – Third Party Risk, based in our Adelaide or Melbourne office. You'll help with the development and delivery of our third-party cyber risk practice, ensuring Alinta Energy's information is protected across all external engagements.

What you'll do

  • Performing third-party cyber risk assessments and onboarding reviews
  • Maintaining risk ratings and records in the system of record
  • Advising on cyber risk remediation and embedding controls in agreements
  • Supporting incident response and control improvements
  • Ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory and legislative requirements.

Your experience

  • Industry certification (CRISC, TPCRA) or working towards one
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (AESCSF, CIS, OWASP, ISO27000, APP)
  • Experience in cyber risk management or advisory roles
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with GRC tools and regulatory environments (desirable)

Please note this role requires full working rights within Australia.

This role is best suited to an organised individual who thrives in a detailed orientated environment and enjoys working collaboratively to deliver secure outcomes.
