About the Role

Our client is seeking a Cyber Business Analyst with 2–3 years of experience and a background in cybersecurity to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical thinking, process mapping, and optimization skills, who is looking to grow their career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business and technical requirements in cybersecurity-related projects
  • Map existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support the design and implementation of optimized, secure business processes
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business needs
  • Assist in creating documentation, reports, and process diagrams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, cyber, and business units

Skills & Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience as a Cyber Business Analyst
  • Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity projects
  • Proven ability to perform process mapping and process optimization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Business Analyst certification (e.g. CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, or similar)
