You'll oversee key functions including picking, packing, despatch, and system order management, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently using the Manhattan Scale WMS.In this role, you'll lead the web pack team, monitor performance through KPIs, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining high standards in safety, quality, and customer service.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day warehouse operations for online order processingLead and support teams across picking, packing, and despatchEnsure productivity targets and despatch lead times are metMonitor team performance and maintain individual and team KPIsSchedule staffing and manage rosters based on operational needsProvide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team membersResolve operational issues and liaise with internal stakeholdersEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standardsIdentify and implement process improvements to boost efficiencyWhat You'll Bring:2+ years' warehouse experience in a leadership roleStrong communication and team management skillsWMS experience (Manhattan Scale preferred)Intermediate Microsoft Office skillsForklift license desirable (training available)Join a fast-paced, supportive team and help deliver exceptional e-commerce experiences.We Would Love to Hear from You:If you have the skills, experience and motivation to succeed in this role and want to be part of a friendly and supportive team environment we want to hear from you.
