Product Fulfilment and Operations Specialist
. Our team is expanding to support major investments in our product offering—extending our assortment across categories, launching new products and services, improving quality, and strengthening our competitive edge through cost optimization.
This is an on-site role based at our Deer Park office in Melbourne, Victoria, where you'll collaborate closely with our passionate team.
What You'll Do
- Be a core element of our strategy deployment by supporting rapid new product introductions and expand our delivery capabilities.
- Support the on-going management and continued development of a large third-party fulfilment network across product categories for the ANZ region.
- Become a power user of our Product and Fulfilment tools and own the end-to-end process of integrating third-party fulfillers on our platforms, create products, update SKUs and manage delivery services.
- Analysis and reporting on the performance of our fulfilment network to include monthly reconciliations and invoicing.
- Monitor the performance of our internal and external fulfillers, proactively acting with them to solve issues, identifying improvement opportunities and driving execution of those.

We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has curiosity for manufacturing – We look for people interested in engineering and manufacturing, who enjoy 'touching' products and how to bring them to life.
- Is comfortable with data manipulation – You can manipulate a large amount of raw data from different sources to synthetize it and standardize processes.
- Has a platform mindset – You understand system integrations and can identify technology requirements for new projects.
- Is solution oriented and owns the results – You have a problem-solving mindset and aren't afraid to take chances and own the results, whether good or bad. We love when we win and learn when we miss.
- Has outstanding collaboration skills – You'll be collaborating with many third party fulfillers and will be partnering with multiple internal stakeholders.
- Customer-centric mindset. You will put yourself in the shoes of our customer to ensure you meet their expectations.
Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, category management, sourcing or related field.
- Experience working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- A degree in business, technology, engineering, or related field is preferred.
