We're looking for a skilled, efficient and creative Video Editor to help scale Future Fulfilment, one of Australia's fastest-growing eCommerce fulfilment and creative companies. You'll work with our Head of Creative to turn footage into high-performing, scroll-stopping videos that drive sales and brand growth. This isn't about overproduced fluff, it's about sharp edits, strong hooks, and creative instincts that cut through the noise.

You'll be on the tools daily, building, creating, and delivering video content that performs. You'll produce ads and organic content that look good and convert even better. You'll take raw footage and transform it into smart, engaging edits for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube, collaborating with our team to bring every idea to life fast and effectively. Key
Responsibilities

  • Cutting down ads for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube with speed and precision
  • Editing variations and tests to find what performs best
  • Producing UGC-style and branded content for social feeds
  • Turning raw product or brand footage into sharp edits that convert
  • Collaborating with our creative team to make sure every piece lands
  • Using brand assets, graphics, and music to deliver consistent, on-brand storytelling
  • Understands what makes a great ad pacing, hooks, and thumb-stopping openers
  • Know your editing tools inside and out (think Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or AI editing tools)
  • Takes ownership, solves problems, and finds solutions before asking for them
  • Communicates clearly and works well on your own and with a team
  • Bonus points if you've got experience with motion graphics, design, or AI editing tools.

Full-time role (Monday–Friday)

$70k plus super

Based in Melbourne with hybrid flexibility (our creative team works out of South Yarra a few days a week)
